Putri Arti Lestari was born in Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia, on 28 November 1997. In 2015, she graduated from SMA Negeri 2 Jayapura and continue her study as a student in majoring English Literature in English Department of Faculty of Humanities at Diponegoro University, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. Her hobby is reading books. "Figurative Language (Metaphor) and Diction Analysis in Hope is The Thing with Feathers by Emily Dickinson" is her first paper of analysing a poem when she studies in Diponegoro University.
